All deposits are non-refundable unless I need to cancel our appointment. If you cancel, you will not be offered a refund under any circumstances.

For dates less thaan 48hrs in duration and with at least 48hrs notice, you will be able to reschedule our appointment once without a new deposit being taken. For dates 48hrs or more in duration, 5 days notice is required. You must agree to a new date with me within 5 days of reequesting a reschedule. The rescheduled date must be within 2 months of the original date.

If you cancel within 24hrs of the appointment, 100% of the remaining balance of the appointment cost will be due.

TMTY, FMTY and dates with lots of planning involved may require a non-refundable admin fee of £50 so that I am compensated for my time. This is redeemable against the full booking fee, but non-returnable if you decide not to proceed with the booking.

In the very unlikely event that I am made to feel uncomfortable by the use of pushy, disrespectful, or coercive behaviour, - either prior to, or during our date - I reserve the right to end the booking with immediate effect with no refunds.

I am most commonly available for outcalls only to four and five star hotels and serviced apartments, but I can be tempted by magical log cabins, whimsical cottages, or other suitably romantic and appropriate accomodations. I do occasionally tour, and I also regularly host incalls in central london in a well appointed serviced apartment. Outside of my advertised touring/incall dates, the cost of accomodation will be added to incall requests as I will be booking accommodation specifically for our experience.

• Outside of any listed tour and incall dates, I have a two hour minimum rate in London. Further afield in the UK mainland, I have a minimum 3hr Booking length.

• FMTY in Europe - minimum 6hrs

• International - minimum 24hrs

If paying digitally, please ensure the remaining balance is paid either before our engagement begins, or immediately on arrival. If paying in cash, please ensure the balance is inside a discreet envelope, or tucked inside a book or gift for discretion purposes, and presented to me immediately upon arrival. Please expect me to excuse myself to freshen up and check the balance is present and correct.

Item descriptiIn-date extensions (if available) are chargeable at the hourly rate at which you were quoted at the time of booking, unless otherwisae stipulated during the booking process.

I ensure that I present myself with the highest standard of dress and personal hygiene, I want to be perfectly delicious for you.

While I absolutely don't mind what you wear, please dress appropriately for social time.

Please arrive clean and smelling good. Taking a shower directly before any private time is mandatory.

Please be assured that I love nothing more than having a sensual, passionate and exciting experience with you, and that is always what I am endeavouring to create.

You are encouraged to be open and honest with communication so that we can have a magical time together indulging in your fantasies.

• All dates over 3 hours require some social time outside of the room - for example dinner, cocktails, or an activity. If you would prefer to stay inside the room, a premium will apply as per my investement page.

• All overnight dates include a minimum of six hours sleep per night.

• Dates over 48hrs require an additional hour per day of time to myself to check messages etc. If you snore loudly, please preserve the enjoyment of our time together and provide me with my own room to sleep in.
